The AlpLinkBioEco project (co-financed by the European Union via INTERREG Alpine Space) aims to develop a trans-regional strategy for the bio-economy. Within the framework of the project, France Clusters and its 12 partners from various regions of the European Alpine Space are contributing to and testing the pilot for a new tool that will put into relation businesses concerning new or alternative value chains: in the sectors of agriculture, wood, chemistry and food and pharmaceutical packaging. This tool is therefore a « generator of new value chains » for the Alpine Space bio-economy.
