Considering the critical period that MSMES around your Europe (and beyond) are experiencing, developing your crisis and risk management plan seems essential. Last November, QOOT – the agri-food innovation cluster in Lebanon, organized a workshop for its members on “Managing your venture’s cash-flows during crisis and developing your crisis and risk management plan”, presented by Constantin Salameh, senior coach and investment advisor at Berytech, one of THE NEXT SOCIETY partners .
During the workshop, they focused on different strategies to overcome the hard period Lebanon is facing by mapping and prioritizing the key risk areas. Also, they focused on the importance of maintaining the quality of the venture’s cash-flow and corrective actions to address the funding gaps. Some of the good advises given during the workshop are reported in the article “ Crisis Management: 10 Simple Steps to Survive The Crisis & Thrive Afterward”, published by Berytech. The same recommendations might be inspiring and helpful to overcome the hard days European MSMES are facing ahead.
